My experience with Carmellimo service 🙇
I’ve used CarmelLimo a few times, and overall, it’s been a good experience. The app makes booking easy, and they offer many vehicles, from sedans to limousines. Plus, it’s available in many cities, which makes it really convenient when I’m traveling.
However, there were a few occasions when drivers showed up late, and sometimes, the vehicle I expected didn’t arrive. I booked a limousine once, but a regular sedan showed up instead. Customer service could also be more responsive at times. So, while it’s generally acceptable, there’s room for improvement.
